Excellent management team who is incredibly guest oriented and communicates both effectively and efficiently with line staff to ensure events run fluidly and exceed guest expectations.

Strict directions, maintain a tough exterior and remember criticism is not meant to be personal, the industry requires a stern leader. Be flexible with scheduling, hospitality isn't always the most "convenient" in regards to personal time off, but this holds true for every service driven business.
