      Pros

      Easy to renew contract. I could decided not to work months at a time and then go back to as much as I wanted.

      Cons

      Dashboard does not have as many features as other online schools.

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
