Responsive and supportive by trainer. Informative of ways to improve income, updates or changes in company policies and issues. Fun platform.
Cons
Very unsupportive if there is a complaint or an issue. As a Chinese based company it is very robotic and they do not like to deal with problems. I have had issues that have been a struggle to resolve. Much of the platform is automatic and when there is a technical problem it is also difficult to resolve and most tech people with company do not understand English well though all teachers are native English speakers. Also, as a professional teacher I have learned it is best to not care too much about the students. Magic Ears is a business and appears the bottom line of business is more important than the interpersonal concerns. For me the students are the most important concern.
