      Great students. Great courseware. Great admin staff. Great training. Excellent starting rate for new teachers. Flexibility is the best.

      Cons

      I can't think of many to be honest xx perhaps only that you might need to buy a new laptop as they require high standards.

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
