Pros

You choose your hours. Great if you have a shift worker in the family. Some other ESL companies practically require consistent scheduling because of repeat students. In my family, every weekend is different, so I cannot be available consistently. I have had 100% bookings for several months now, and I am NOT a Magic Master. With the peak hour incentive, I make $12.50/class. I never got higher than $9, after years with the "orange" company!

Cons

Students are allowed to "playfully" give you one star. They say it doesn't matter, but trust me - it does.

Pros

Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

Cons

hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
