Magic Ears has shown a great deal of integrity in their effort to be transparent regarding company policy, available hours, and potential growth in secondary positions for new hires. I appreciate all their dedication to their teachers. I find them easy to communicate with and generous in their policy making. I would recommend Magic Ears to anyone looking to get into a remote position with an ESL company.

Magic Ears is a growing company still in its infancy so there are limited hours, but they are adding more opportunity every week for secondary positions.

Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses
Cons
hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US
They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
