      Pros

      The company is growing and truly cares what their employees have to say about it. They want the absolute best for their students!

      Cons

      Because Magic Ears is a smaller company, it does mean you don't work as many hours. Which can be both a good thing and bad thing dependent on what you are looking for.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
