      Managers, Team leaders, no job security, no career growth, Too much of hype with no results, if you are close and do whatever your manager says then you are the right fit

      I am a little lost! If the company is as bad as you claim, why would you stay for 2 years? The reality is, you were let go due to poor performance & now you are finding reasons to blame your manager and TL. I do not have anything more to say, beyond good luck with your next role!
