Pros
Great staff and a very energetic, fun and dynamic work environment. Always a pleasure meeting clients from all different walks of life.
Cons
The management is horrible. They try to push your creativity but at the same time strictly regulate your creativity to adhere to their own rules. They, only as of recently, have started to employ photographers with 0 professional experience. They pride themselves for being a uniquely creative studio and yet the more they hire people who are not meant to be photographers, the more they are bringing their stature down to that of a "snap-studio" (i.e. Sears or Walmart). The communication between the store managers and head office is poor. They NEED to wipe out all store managers and start fresh with fun, intuitive and knowledgable people.
