Worst experience in my life. Team lead was horrible, rude and someone with inferiority complex. This person had zero emotional intelligence. You will get treated poorly if you have an opinion that is different from your team lead (and that is when you express it in a professional, polite way). If you want to work in environment that wants to help you, teach you, supports you, this company is not for you. They want people that are okey with insanely small salaries to do insane amount of work, as a "Junior" I had a lot of responsibility right away, and huge part of missing the teachers part, and they blamed everything on my and took zero accountability

Very good people, good starting point

Quite demanding, salary growth stops after reaching mid level, after some time work can become repetitive and boring if not proactive
