Pros

The supervisors we have are wonderful! They really coach you for success not only in the job position but also for life! Their coaching techniques teach me concepts that help me to improve my quality on the phone and help me to set goals and keep pushing to be a better person in life! They also take care of us as a whole in providing feedback on a regular basis, recognizing achievements, and even holding regular meetings to keep everyone updated on the progress the company is making as a whole.

Cons

The customers are very unpredictable. You can have several that are really nice and understanding, then you can get some that are very taxing. That's been the hardest adjustment for me to make being here, but it's great experience to learn how to deal with conflict.

Pros

SUPER competitive pay, even with zero experience. Amazing and understanding management team. Unlike typical call centers.

Cons

None. Seriously, even the customers are almost always happy.

Pros

This is seriously one of the best places I've had the chance to work at, and I've worked at a lot of places! A lot of people complain about being let go, but really, as long as you come to work and you do the job, you will keep your job. They have awesome benefits, awesome 401k match, and they let you take PTO literally whenever you want as long as too many people haven't already asked for that day. At other jobs turning in PTO and getting it was like winning the lottery! The supervisors are really cool, too, and again, as long as you're coming to work, you're not going to have a problem with them. This company also eats a TON which could be good or bad. They cater in quite a bit, and they have potlucks, too. The employees are great also! I never had an issue with anyone in the call center.

Cons

The challenges would mostly be the angry customers. You'd be surprised by how many people get upset about the enrollment period of a magazine. I'll also mention the food was a challenge, because having cake every birthday in the call center can really be a challenge to one's body! The location was the worst part for me. The only reason I left this company was because of the long distance.
