Really talented staff, mature company but still has lots of potential. Interesting clients and a range of types, from association to consumer. Digital/mobile distribution/publishing/development playing an increasingly significant role.
Cons
Dissonance between entrepreneurial drive and relative hesitance to adjust to market. But management is aware of this and is building change while trying to preserve critical institutional knowledge, so good things should be ahead. Advancement opportunities are very limited at the moment and probably depend on your position.
