Remote work Sometimes hard to keep up with the changes

Joining Magalix was the best career decision I ever made. I was scared of leaving my comfort zone and scared of not having the same culture I am used to. But I am so glad I joined Magalix. The company cares a lot about the culture and the environment, and concsiously works towards a better culture. And for the technical side, we always use the latest technologies, and we have an opportunity to design and implement things however we want under the mentoring of our CTO who is amazing both on the technical side and the personal side. He cares a lot about the development of each and every single person in the team. And on top of that, the company is very transparent about everything, and your effort is always appreciated. The company has no tolerance for people who slack or people who don't contribute positively to the culture and values. So if you're either of the two, then this company is not for you.

We work remotely and we don't have an office any more but that's mostly because of Corona.
