- The team truly supports each other - Spencer is very hands on and involved with the team - Super chill office, but still high expectations with work ethic - Always something to do, as with any startup - Family culture in the office - we definitely like to have fun - Good compensation compared to comparable positions - Great benefits for full time team members - Super fun to be part of a business that is going, and to be the team that is developing the company into what it is. We are shaping the company for the long term. - Everyone on the team is very passionate about what they do. The team is very committed to MagMod and it's vision.
Cons
- Have to be self guided and self motivating. The team leaders do a great job supporting and communicating to the team but you have to be willing to work hard to hit your deadlines. - Not as many benefits for part time team members, which is not uncommon. But the amount of part time positions is very few and will not affect most people. My role is unique in that way. - With any startup there are some growing pains, but MagMod does a great job at addressing them right away to find a solution.
