Pros
Worked at Mads for a year Initially the processes were not in place but it is much better now. Apart from this, the work culture is pretty amazing, very conducive environment. Our colleagues and seniors make us feel welcomed, creating a very smooth flow of communication. We were always free to question and share our school of thought in meetings and discussions. I learned a lot at Mads, both personally and professionally.
