They are flexible with their work schedules and if you put the team and the company first they return the feeling in terms of rewards and treating you like a real person. There are a lot of people there who treat the company as if they have an ownership stake.

Challenging environment that moves fast. They expect you to put your time in to learn and hit the ground running. There are a lot of smart people there and you need to apply yourself to stand out. Benefits are good but on the expensive side.
