I'm also delighted to hear that you appreciate the investment we put into our culture and that you find the team friendly and welcoming. I take great pride in try to build a great culture, but I'm always looking for ways to improve as we grow. I also take note of your thoughts regarding areas for improvement. It's not always easy finding the balance of maintaining the agility and innovation of a smaller agency whilst making the transition of growing into a larger one.
