None that I can really think of. I really liked getting weekly direct feedback from my mentor. One idea is it could be useful to do an end of summer evaluation going over strengths and weaknesses.

Really know what they're doing when it comes to products work life balance interesting products company culture learned from and did hands on work. No busy work.
