Pros
They claim to be ethical (but are not in reality)
Cons
They will work you very hard, drawing blood with lots of empty promises, then don't even want to pay you what they agreed for it. They positions themselves as "an ethically minded company who want to do good in the community" - but in reality, they are not as "green" or "organic" or caring about their food ingredients as they claim to be. They do not really care about the communities they are opening retail stores in, and just want to sell their products, including "nutritional" supplements you don't need. Starbucks is more ethical than Made Foods, and you get better salaries and benefits. Don't fall for their lies!
