Management is horrible. It's so bad that the manager wants minimum contact with employees about any matter, leaving things up to store discretion with customers and their complaints -and so on. They micromanage from afar as they never spend any time in any store but somehow find ways to pick on employee's flaws no matter how small. The company is small yet they make a big deal out of everything. - You work by yourself (your safety is out of the question) - They don't want people who are smarter or claim to know something they don't - Management is ignorant. They ask for employees opinions but it's lip service, they don't actually care - They will never take the blame if things go wrong - Multiple changes to operations/procedures - Minimal benefits - You have to pay for your food, there's no sampling - Inability to do anything helpful without getting in trouble or looking dumb - It's boring, there's barely any customers that come in and you spend most of your time on your phone, reading, etc. just to make the time go by
