Cons
The culture in this place has done a complete 180. I used to love being here, but now I feel like I'm being watched and that I can't express my opinions about anything or I'll be fired. I was worried when they brought in a new CEO who didn't even take the time to meet with everyone that my job could be in danger, and I was right. I was having a conversation with some of my co-workers and a manager came over to tell us to knock it off and keep our heads down. I couldn't believe that we were being threatened to keep quiet. I have been looking for something else for the past few months because this place is toxic. They are promoting undeserving people and firing awesome ones. Don't waste your time here, it's not worth it when you are not even valued as a person.
