Madd Gear is on the cutting edge of the sport of Freestyle Scooter Riding, supporting it's growth throughout the world with the best technical, high-quality products in the industry. Everyone who works there is passionate about the sport and the business. Employees are treated as partners who contribute to every aspect of the business and efforts are generously rewarded.
Cons
I have a hard time coming up with a con to working for Madd Gear. If you're not built for an intense workplace, where you are working pretty much all of the time, it may not be for you - but if sports are already part of your life, it won't make any difference whatsoever.
