      - friendly atmosphere - full remote work available - free lunch, fruit and snacks in the office - team building events in nature twice a year - wages always come on time

      Cons

      - salaries are below the market level - no cash bonuses at all - no weekends off on holidays - "burnout" is a very often heard word in the company - requirement to log working time every couple of hours

      I genuinely enjoy working at this outstaff company — especially on my current project, which has become my all-time favorite in my tech career.
