Worst company and management - Anonymous employee Mactus Employee Review

Management will be the downfall of this company. Doesn't know what they want, don't understand the staffs' work and just running away from problems but throwing you to fend for them. micro manage. High turnover rate speaks a lot. Offers 0 benefits, they will paint a pretty picture to lure staffs in (though they genuinely think they are a super good company). Internal processes are a mess. They have big goals and aims for the company but unrealistic. Very toxic place to be in, do not be fooled by the nice cover you see on the surface
