Pros

Some coworkers are genuinely friendly, though arrogance runs high in others.

Cons

Managers completely fail to understand the challenges faced by employees. Voices and suggestion are dismissed without a second thought. The true skill here is blaming employees for mistakes that stem from leadership's own negligence and poor judgment.

Pros

Working here exposes me to projects that challenge me to think critically and continue improving my technical abilities. I enjoy working with a team who have deep technical knowledge and different areas of expertise. The conversations I have throughout the week often give me new perspectives on solving problems. I am much more confident handling complex technical issues than when I first started.

Cons

Those who prefer close supervision may find the independence challenging.

Pros

The office location is fine, and payroll was processed on time.

Cons

- My first week was spent sitting at my desk with no clarity at all on what I was supposed to do. - There was no onboarding, no training, and no structure whatsoever, only a computer handed over with an expectation to figure everything out alone. - Requests for documentation or guidance were met with confusion or irritation, as if needing basic direction was a problem. - People were polite on the surface, but there was clear frustration when asked to explain fundamental processes that should have already been in place. - For months, I had to piece together how everything worked on my own instead of actually being trained. - This left me constantly behind and never confident in my work. - It felt like no one had considered what it would be like for a new hire to start without any preparation or support.
