Pros
Good amount of vacation days. Good health insurance. Difficult to surpass 20 words minimum. Good location. Easy to get hired.
Cons
Too many cons to list. Most of the management personnel does not speak workable English. They have no clue about American culture. Management personnel are here forever because they cannot get a similar/better job anywhere else in the states. Very short turnover rate. New people come and leave almost every month. VERY VERY low salary raise. Company rules/procedures change ALL the time.
