      Pros

      Good salaries and nice medical insurance but most importantly - PEOPLE! That's what makes difference at MacroGenics! Most of the people I've encountered here are willing to help, and they are VERY friendly, including the CEO. I would recommend the place to anyone without hesitation.

      Cons

      Office is freezing in Summer as everywhere in the US.

      The people at MacroGenics are incredibly welcoming and the company culture is excellent.
