The biggest pro is the ability to work remotely.

Management lacks cohesion, with noticeable internal power struggles that create an unproductive environment. There is minimal support for employees, and little to no emphasis on career development. Additionally, the training program is unstructured, and the trainers lack professionalism, which further impacts the overall effectiveness of the organization.
