Pros
Amazing projects with some of the best customers in the country. Working directly with Apple on ground-breaking engagements. Working with Macs in a true business environment.
Cons
Over controlling owner needs to learn how to manage and respect people. Compensation is important, and sadly lacking by mandate of owner, but having a truly open and positive environment to work in goes a long way. For such a potential industry leading business she could have done so much better, just putting fancy (and noisy) glass walls up with "cool" furniture is frosting on an otherwise rotten cake.
