      Pros

      The people are friendly. Generally the working environment is nice and coworkers are helpful. There is not much OT culture and most departments leave on the dot.

      Cons

      A lot of repetitive menial work. The system is not efficient and lags a lot. Almost everyone speaks Chinese so it might be difficult for those who dont.

      Pros

      Everyone is very inclusive and friendly it makes onboarding and learning the ropes easier with helpful peers. The US entity has always have a Diversity and Inclusion Program but the HQ location just also make movement with creating one across all entities, which I appreciate to see. Macnica Americas in great, but you have to be able to keep up fast pace, you will have your hands in a lot and always busy.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and busy. You will never be board or lacking work.
