      Mostly enjoyable job, though every quarter it becomes a little less fun as cuts are made.

      Cons

      Doesn't feel like a safe and steady employment environment. Many people on edge and worried about being let go.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
