      Freedom of movement and exploration, working on titles right off the bat

      Cons

      Managers aren't properly trained. Never felt like my manager had my back or knew how to advocate for me. Manager's boss ran all over me and would handle praise or punishment instead.

      Pros

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
