      Great work life balance. Very chill place to work, remote friendly, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Underpaid and not diverse. Slow to change and innovate, very old systems. Most people have spent their entire careers here and refuse to leave.

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
