      For a long time has been very stable and a good company to work for, probably one of the best of the "Big Five" (soon to be "Big Three") Privately owned

      Currently going through management changes, which makes things less stable

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
