      Despite all that has happened the last year, I still feel like they genuinely care about their employee's overall wellbeing.

      Pay is lower in publishing than other industries, but work life balance is worth it.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
