      Pros

      Nice people, no drama, upbeat executive team. Good for long-term. Great office (One NY Plaza) and location. Environmental conciousness at least from the top. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of work (no goofing off) but not so pressured that you can't do your work in a reasonable workflow.

      Cons

      Industry pressure has caused a lot of staff reduction in last months. Disorganized. No room for career growth in Info Tech areas. Always been lower pay than other industries.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      Cons

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
