      Flexible working, and also allows you to work from home for some roles. Amazing support at all levels and depts. All round great organisation to work for.

      Salary, on the lower scale which is very hard in this economy

      Waste of donations on management positions, partnerships with any organisation that will donate money including unethical ones. Delusional people who think they are world leaders when all they are is a UK charity
