      people are friendly and nice .

      Cons

      due to just a factory so the working environment is not good , big noise and need to wear a headset. And not so clean especially working in a warehouse .

      Pros

      Steady Pay check even if it's crap pay. Co-Workers Overtime policy

      Cons

      Owner is in own world - claims to be broke while buying planes, boats, and land Hot, tedious, boring work Lack of raises for years now behind the pay curve by miles and can barely survive on what they pay. Work-life balance has to be carefully planned due to working every other weekend. No accountability from the top on down.
