Wonderful Company Supportive Executive Staff - Business Development Executive Mack & Associates Employee Review

I worked at Mack for about 2 years. I did not have any prior recruiting experience, but they took a chance on me! They hire based on your fit with the company - which I really respected and think more companies should do. They brought me on a trained me from start to finish. Mack has an extensive and in depth training program, which again I really appreciated, to make sure I knew all of the right steps and process for recruiting the right people. They really cared about you learning, your development and your happiness! The entire team was great and we all got along really well. They offer really great team building opportunities and look to connect outside of "just work". In the end recruiting was not for me and they worked with me to find something that worked and assisted me with me search! I cannot speak enough good about Mack!

This is the most toxic work environment I've ever experienced, I was interviewed 5+ times and they seemed excited to have me work there. From day one I felt unwelcome. The office vibe is cold and weird. They are extremely cheap and don't value employees. I was fully transparent that I did not have experience with certain aspects of the job. They sold it as a learning experience but offered no training once I accepted the job. They were not open to questions and if I "bothered" them with them they made sure to mention it at the end of the day. On my first day they gave me a task I had no experience with, left me alone, shut their office door saying they had calls, then came to me to ask how it was going an hour later. When I told them what I had accomplished they commented, "that's a red flag you will need to get faster at that". I have years of professional experience and have exceeded at every job, this company is TOXIC run.
