Leadership hides reasons behind firings/departures and often make decisions based on emotion. - Certain individuals or teams are given recognition for company wins, overlooking other valuable contributors. - “People over transactions” is one of the company’s "values" but this does not hold true. - Lack of proper onboarding and employee exit management.
