      - The usual startup perks and benefits (snacks, unlimited vacation, great medical benefits) - Discounts on Mack Weldon gear

      Cons

      - There has been a huge turnover with both newer and older employees leaving. Morale is LOW. - Recruiting never hires from within the company. The company values outside talent more than the current employees. - Annual review goals are not followed through from the management side and have focused on personal issues rather than professional contributions

      - a few good people - no micro managing - free benefits

      Cons

      - horrible financial outlook - poor financial planning - frequent layoffs (without tenure consideration) - incompetent senior management - frequent false promises - lies (I know it’s vague, but a LOT of lies) - rapidly degrading product quality - lack of support - poor cross-functional collaboration
