Convenient to where I live and decent pay

Cons

Making money is more valued than quality of products. Favoritism exists on production floor. Nepotism is evident in sales where the dad has his 2 sons report to him. Plant manager has no patience and spends more time making things more easy for the women that speak Spanish. Medical insurances are awful. Company doesn't contribute hardly anything to the cost and employee has to pay most of it.
