1. No strategy in marketing of China at all, most potential clients have not heard of Machinio before, and not a good reputation among the market. 2. Management won’t listen to the frontline staff what’s happening and what they need. 3. Probably management listened but they hold their opinions based on their experience and refused to adjust the strategy when exploring particular market. 4. Poor tech level as a tech problem which Chinese even don’t see it’s a problem, but a big problem that sets a barrier in developing business in China. 5. Ruining other’s career by hiring and firing employees in a shot period due to the company’s own mistake in strategy. 6. Above one has proven the management always saying they care about people but actually not, they made decisions by the ideas pop out from their mind instead of implementing serious survey/ investigation.
