Machinify moves fast. A lot is changing as the company grows, so you definitely have to be comfortable with things shifting. It can feel busy, but it also keeps the work interesting and you’re not just doing the same thing every day. The company has been trying to communicate through the changes. It’s not always perfect, but they make an effort to keep people updated and be transparent about what’s going on. There’s a strong focus on customers and building things that actually make a difference and I’ve seen opportunities to learn and take on more responsibility if you want to. Overall, it’s a good spot if you like a faster pace. Its definitely more exciting than some of the other companies in this space.
Cons
Things move fast so can feel a bit chaotic at times and not everything is built out, so you have to figure some thigns out as you go. If you prefer super stable, predictable, then its not for you. Some of the posts on this page are super negative and just seem like griping about losing unlimited bonus pay. From what I have seen pay and benefits are pretty decent.
