If you reach out for assistance, you get it. -Despite being in a remote office, I was given lots of opportunities to meet the rest of the team and stay connected. -I was the only woman on my team and always felt included and valued. -Great work life balance. I was not overworked.
Cons
-The US sector of the company is still developing/growing; therefore, benefits could improve. -Other than that, Machinex Technologies is a great company to work for and I am proud to say I spent some time as a part of the team!
