Pros

Collaborative environment: The teams at HQ (especially in logistics and product quality) work well together. There's a strong sense of teamwork and support. Modern workspace: Our office is well-equipped with up-to-date tools and tech, which makes day-to-day tasks more efficient. Learning opportunities: I’ve had the chance to get involved in different projects, which helped me better understand the resell industry and how online marketing and offline marketing are different or on how inventory decisions are made. You can pick up a multitude of skills here, learning many strong programming languages and applying them to projects on the go

Cons

Limited Remote Work: There is some level of flexibility of hours, however, the bulk of the work is expected to be done at the company headquarters. Meaning you cant work from home when an asean summit comes and jams the roads. This puts the benefits of the company at an below average rating as many other companies offer 1-2 day a month wfh benefit. Limited Career Path: Seems like there are some limitations as to which how much or how fast you can be promoted. Can be quite demotivating if only the best performer gets a big promotion/bonus. Meaning if the department performs exceptionally well, the rest may get 5-8% pay bump while only the winner get a large increase.

Pros

-Annual Dinner -Bonus -Good Team -Good way to learn all departments' responsibilities since Customer Care is the centre.

Cons

-Favouritism and inconsistent treatment among employees, affecting workplace fairness. -Authority being used in a way that felt excessive or discouraging. -Management decisions at times felt emotionally driven, and would rather lose a good employee than face the issue and search for a resolution. -Strong micro-management culture, even for consistently high-performing employees. -Limited openness to feedback from employees and will receive unfair treatment after, which will contribute to a stressful and discouraging environment. -Shift scheduling and manpower issues were often blamed on the staff, despite requests (approved or unapproved) being made in advance and final decisions being management-approved. -Operational demands often required availability beyond standard working days, including peak periods and holidays. Irregular working hours made it difficult to maintain a consistent work-life balance and recovery time between shifts.
