Management is out of touch and distracted by the Spanish Ownership's cost cutting priorities. Local Management positions are filled with inexperienced leaders who do not prioritize employee well-being. They don't even have a valid employee handbook as of January 2025. (the last one was made in 2018) You will be treated like a number at this business.
