Pros

Interesting projects & that's really it

Cons

-The company is an old fashion or better called Elderly home. Very few young people involved. - Since the majority of people are senior, there're lots of toxic politics going on. More like gang groups (anyone new comes on board must be through someone in the company) giving zero chance to new blood. - Everyone is Mr Know & everyone is the Boss even if he doesn't know his right from his left. - Careless upper management with no supervision with trainee and management team.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t had the best experience with us. I’m disappointed to see that you felt this way and that you didn’t find a progressive culture within your team. I understand that the past few months have been extremely challenging for us all as we had to find new ways of working, and fast - I know that some of these changes haven’t always been ideal. Our people are at the heart of our business and are critical to our success, so we must ensure that we continuously improve. We will take on your feedback on board and discuss this with the relevant teams. It would be extremely helpful to understand more about your experience and feedback so we can overcome these challenges and make improvements. If you feel comfortable doing so, please do contact me directly. We wish you all the best for the future.

Pros

Direct collaboration with global teams and exposure to high-level projects.

Cons

Unsupportive environment: The workplace culture suffers from micromanagement, passive-aggressive communication, and a clear lack of integrity from recently appointed management. Leadership Favoritism: Senior leadership tends to favor newly hired managers, failing to provide equal treatment, fair evaluation, or direct open channels of communication to the rest of the team.
