      They really listen to their staff You have access to the Board members - they aren’t some elusive characters that you only hear about Health cover Team spirit Potential to move around the company and opportunity to work abroad Really champion women in the construction industry

      Cons

      They expect you to work long hours and to work hard. This does get recognised though.
