      Work from home, flexible schedule, bartering available for kid stuff, they’re very helpful with training and support

      Cons

      It’s your business to run however you see fit. Some people don’t like that and need more accountability. And for me, getting comfortable with advertising/sales right now

      Pros

      Macaroni KID is similar to a franchise, without the overhead/costs. If you can sell and are able to put the energy in, you can make it a profitable business.

      Cons

      You can only work with advertisers in your territory. But this is also a plus, so you aren't competing with neighboring publishers
